Hello! I am Anna-Lynn. As a freelance coach, I accompany individuals and organisations on topics related to career and professional development, leadership and work-life balance. My home turf is scientific organisations and their international workforce. Supporting women leaders is particularly close to my heart. I also offer coaching for personal development. I am based in Munich, Germany. I offer coaching in English or German, in person or in virtual set-ups.

I have many years of experience in leading international teams, supporting people in their growth and guiding teams and scientific organisations in strategy development.
